Customer Access to create work requests: All faculty and staff that have a NinerNet have the ability to login to Archibus to create work requests and view status of work requests they submitted them.
 

Archibus News and Updates
  • FIS is in the process of adding Third and Forth FAM department assignment.
  • FIS is working on Archibus changes for the new Campus Maintenance &Operations Zone switch that will take place at the beginning of FY09.
  • Two new FAM Funding functions will be available at the beginning of FY09. These new FAM or FAM-Power Uusers split by cost type and the FAM-Power Users Multiple department Split Funding using building percentage space usage or user defined percentage.
  • New FAM PM approval that will be available at the beginning of FY09. FAM's will be able to edit existing PM accounts and also approve and assign accounting new PM's.
