Facilities Management is
continuing to improve our services and over the past year we have
focused on some of the fundamental functions by reinventing the work
flow of work orders, preventive maintenance, and Informal Projects.
Teams created with the goal of using "out of the box" thinking to
reinvent our work flows that are not dictated by a computer system,
that is streamlined with minimal work flow steps. Once the Work
Flows are created that a new Work and Project Management system
would be implemented using Archibus (the campus CAFM system) that
would be alter as need to match the new work flow. The goal is to
bring the new system online at the same time as the new out sourced
supply warehouse (SDI). The following are results as they have
