Welcome
The Facilities Planning Section primary role is to oversee University improvements to ensure compliance with the Campus Master Plan. We also manage advance planning for programming of Capital Projects and assist in space management in cooperation with the Associate Provost for Institutional Research. We assist in the preparation of budgets for short and long term planning of Capital Projects, Repair and Renovation for appropriated and non-appropriated projects Other responsibilities include compliance to and updating the Campus Design Guidelines, providing guidance concerning circulation, landscaping, signage and all other site planning related issues. Working with the Chancellor’s and Provosts Office and other Divisions of the University a coordinated effort is achieved resulting in a uniform design of the campus.
